I lost girth

Ugh I’m mad!

Starting at 4.37” I PE’d myself up to 4.68”. Now when I measured today after a pump and clamp session, I’m only getting 4.5”! My length has not gone down at all, in fact I seem to have gained from last month. Losing girth really pisses me off because it is what I need most. I’m trying so hard just to hit average.

I think I know what may be the cause of it, but it doesn’t make any sense.

About two months ago I started pumping. I do one to two session a day at 5Hg for 10 min then I clamp for 10 min. Shortly after I started pumping I stopped jelqing. I thought it would be OK since pumping and clapping is supposed to increase girth. Though I seemed to have gotten the opposite effect :morose:

If things keep going this way my dick is going to be way out of proportion. I seriously need to gain some girth and the methods that should work, obviously aren’t.

Before anybody asks, I’m using the same cloth tape measure that I used since I started.

Take some time off, sounds like your dick needs to recover.

Dunno the pumping vets usually say that pumping is stressful enough without doing clamping on top of it.

Some may have had results with that regimen, but maybe it is too much for you.

I remember Wadzilla saying less is more when it comes to girth work. (big girth gainer, and he didn’t clamp or pump)

Wow, that is really weird that you’d lose girth while clamping or pumping — you’d think that either exercise would ensure that your dick expanded to (and beyond) its maximum size every day, and thereby prevent any girth losses.

It sounds like you should take a week off, begin jelqing again, and when you have regained your lost girth, you might consider adding in a bit of pumping or clamping, while continuing the jelqing.

By the way, I would suggest that pumping after clamping is more likely to work than clamping after pumping.

Congrats on your gains, and I’m sure they’ll come back. Sorry about this setback. I’ve always liked you and am happy you have at least found that jelqing works for you!

I do think that I may have overdone it on the pumping a week or so ago because I had a slight bulge and some red spots that appeared after I tried pumping for 15 min. I took a couple days off any PE and now I only pump for up to 10 min and none of those symptoms appear. That’s the closest I have ever gotten to an injury.

I’ll take a few days off from PE but a week seems way to long. My dick doesn’t feel sore or anything like that and I never feel pain during pumping, jelqing or clamping.

I’ll switch it up to clamping before pumping then.

I’m just so desperate for girth that actually losing it really hurts.

I think a few days off is important because it’s possible that some of the “loss” is a slight change in EQ from overdoing it.

Sounds like you have a good plan. Don’t get too freaked out about the losses — anything lost can definitely be regained easily.

A reduction in EQ can explain a smaller than normal penis. But shouldn’t the length also go down? My erections don’t feel weaker either.

I actually noticed the change while clamping. I like to measure my girth while in the clamp to make sure I’m getting some expansion. Up until very recently, I’ve been 5” in the clamp and today I was only at 4.75”. So I took off the clamp and girth was only 4.5”.

A vacation from PE seems like the right thing. It just sucks that I’ve been at it for so long, but haven’t gained that much because I haven’t been consistent over the years. I’ve been serious since January (new years resolution :) ) and I don’t want to stop.

You can get back into it after you have recovered. No big deal. Couple things Andro and Lampwick said to me when I was a newbie:

Sorry to hear about your loss of girth. I seem to have the same problem myself and in the worse timing as well. I usually pump in the morning for about 10 mins and after that I jelq for five mins. Later when I finish school I jelq for five mins and clamp for five mins, then after five mins in the rice sock I do the jelqing and clamping again. Last Wednesday I got some spotting after a session so I decided to rest until today. Today I started with the jelq/clamping session, I found it hard to maintain an erection during the jelqing and after the first 5 min set of clamping I found that all the spotting was back. I have also suffered some shrinkage. The thing is that since a couple of weeks I´ve been dating a girl in my class and we have sex all the time but now I don’t feel like having sex with my new small dick! What do you guys thing I should do? Is it OK to jelq every other day while recovering? Is it OK to have sex despite the injury? I was gain g allot of size on my routine and I don’t know why all of a sudden this happened?

Hey Maxtro. Be careful dude because if your girth is going down with no loss in length it could be that your tunica is toughening with the hardcore clamping and pumping. This happened to me when I was into 100% erect clamping back in 2008. My length didn’t go down but my EQ dropped and my girth shrank and my tunica was extremely tough even when flaccid. You might want to take it easy from 100% erect clamping or just do pumping or clamping but not both.

Also if you haven’t done so already, start edging to help restore any loss EQ. After your PE sessions, edge for about 5-10 minutes. With in the 5-10 minutes try to reach the point of orgasim 5-10 times and stop right before you reach the point of no return.

Oh! That’s something I have not heard of at all. Thanks saiyan22. I really don’t think my EQ has gone down, but something obviously changed.

OK, so I’m going to try doing 2 x 15 min of pumping at 3Hg, then jelq and just stop clamping for now. I’ll throw in edging too.

The same thing happened to me when I was clamping regularly. I ditched the clamping and stick with pumping for girth work.

And I agree with the previously mentioned Less is more for girth.

What does a tougher tunica do anyway. Make it harder to gain girth right? But also length too if you’re doing those exercises which I am. I’ve done clamping on and off for 6 months now so I guess my tunica must be pretty tough. I hope it doesn’t effect my tunica length exercises to much.
