I need some length advice

I’ve been PEing with different methods since the end of December or so. I haven’t really seen any length gains which is what I would really like to get. I have been doing jelqs recently, my routine is at least a half an hour of jelqs a day with a day or two rest a week.

What can I do to help out my length? I was thinking of maybe doing about 20 minutes of stretching everyday too. When I do stretch I only do BTC stretches as they are the only ones I can hold for more than 30 seconds. Even then I can only hold a stretch for about 2 minutes before I have to switch hands. Anyway, does anybody have any advice as to what I could do to help out in the length department?

I assume you were jelqing at the smaller % of erection to chase length specifically? You have to be more routine specific to get better answers. It seems like that varying day or two might be breaking you down in a non-good way.

Have you gained any girth from jelqing?

Some people gain girth and length from jelqing, others only girth, some none.

I think adding stretching to your routine would give you a better chance of gaining length. I am after length and concentrate on stretching straight out and straight down.

If you began the end of December, you’ve only been at this three months, which isn’t very long in the PE world. You say that you have been using different methods. For how long have you stuck with any one method?

Hanging is considered by many to be the best exercise for length, by a wide margin. But you need to have the time and privacy to hang. If you do, I’d give hanging a try. I got my first and only 1/4” length gain from hanging, before my privacy came to an end.

Different methods have proved successful for different people. Stretching has certainly helped many gain length. Others have seen length gains just from jelqing, or pumping, or even clamping. Most combine two or more of these methods. All day traction devices, like the Penimaster or the new AutoEXT, have also been getting a lot of attention lately.

You’ll need to see what works for you. If you don’t have the privacy/time for hanging, start with a jelqing and stretching routine. But commit to it for some time, and work hard at it. If you don’t see results, then perhaps you could invest in some equipment, either a traction device or a pump or both. Experiment! Work hard! And don’t leave any stone unturned!

You mayfind a different type of stretch may help .

Try using your body as a fulcrum on which to gain power,

If you lie down on one side, pass your hand down, between your buttocks, and grab your penis. You can then exert a strong pull on the penis using much less energy than a direct pull. Doing that from each side by using the other arm and hand to stretch will result in an even stretch for each side of your penis.

This only works as a downwards pull of course. If you want an upwards pull you could use your forearm as the fulcrum while pulling upwards with the other arm/hand.
But it’s not as effective as the downwards pull.

I do usually use my body for a fulcrum, I just wish I could hold on to the stretch for a long period of time.

I’ll keep at it, in no way am I going to quit.

Oh and about the jelqing, usually I can feel my shaft get hard at a certain point and I can tell that it’s not good for any jelqing. So with that, I usually jelq at any erection % as long as it’s not hard.

Well when I am doing a BTC, and I have a good grip, I push my pelvis forward to help stretch it.

I’m also trying to gain length.

have I understood correctly, that you try to lengthen the stretching time per repitition to more than 2 minutes ? This means more than 2 minutes per stretch ??

Damn, that long - I do not believe that added seconds per stretch exceeding 30 seconds would be of much benefit.

I’ve gained 0.6” in length (BPEL) in the last 2 month from intense manual stretching. Most times, I can’t even stand to keep a stretch for 20 or 30 seconds because it is so intense and my hands begin to hurt.

I would suggest that you experiment a little with stretching intensity vs. duration.

The fulcrum is in fact nothing to do with the penis or it’s works. It is just the point ( in this case one’s body) to which a lever is placed (in this case the arm) to obtain more purchase in which less energy is required to exert pressure on the subject (in this case one’s dick.

Rather like a dockyard bollard or capstan where a rope wound round it can hold an ocean going liner just by 1 man holding it.

I’m interested, how long total did you do the exercises? Did you do anything else aside from stretching? How many days per week etc.

I usually do the jelking at 90% erection during 30 minutes! Do you think it’s to much?

Are you gripping your penis too hard? If you can only hold the grip for max. two minutes; then unless you have a problem with gripping anyway, gripping too hard may be the reason. A fairly firm grip should be all that is required for a simple pull, which in normal circumstances should suffice. You may also find that a milder pull could be more beneficial, as the more you do pull the more ‘anti-reaction’ your body will produce. Whether that will slow gains or not is arguable. So it might be worth easing off slightly and pulling for a longer period.
