I need some length advice
I’ve been PEing with different methods since the end of December or so. I haven’t really seen any length gains which is what I would really like to get. I have been doing jelqs recently, my routine is at least a half an hour of jelqs a day with a day or two rest a week.
What can I do to help out my length? I was thinking of maybe doing about 20 minutes of stretching everyday too. When I do stretch I only do BTC stretches as they are the only ones I can hold for more than 30 seconds. Even then I can only hold a stretch for about 2 minutes before I have to switch hands. Anyway, does anybody have any advice as to what I could do to help out in the length department?
Oh yeh for reference I am about 5.75-6”
