I suspect you are right about the penimaster and the implant. Or really any low-impact PE. Gradual change is all we really get in PE anyway (well, except the lucky few). But if it was me, I would go right back to the doctor who put the implant in, show him the penimaster or a picture, and ask. The guys that sell it are not likely to give you a safe answer, if they answer at all.
