I want to start to kegel. Give me your best advices and tell me about your results!

Why? What’s the point of putting pressure on the vein? If you think a "weighted" erect kegel is better, I have to disagree and ask why you think so.
Are you making this up? I’ve never heard of a "PC kegel." Why would there be a difference in outcomes?
Why?
Huh? Penile stimulation is not required.
Perhaps. The harder erections can come from "regular, un-erect" kegels. Why go to the trouble of getting hard?

Locating the bc muscle

Try it you might like it. I said gentle pressure.
I ave been doing these for about two weeks now so it seems by doing them you get greater erections, It gets stronger and stronger.

You flex and hold the same muscle you use to stop a stream of urine.

The newbie routine recommends that you do 50 a day or so, but you can do more if you want. I used to do 100 every day on the train on my way to work. Some people like to do quick clench and release, others more slowly.

There are a variety of variations.

The Wally-Wally Up exercise is essentially an erect Kegel, whereby you use a wet towel or some reasonably light weight as resistance placed over the erection and flex - lifting the weight with your erection. They can be effective too, but there’s no evidence that they are any more effective than a consistent regimen of regular Kegels.

What matters is that they are done consistently. 50 a day, every day, will show results in a relatively short time; harder, fuller erections.

Kingpole has developed a very elaborate and somewhat ornate variation of his own. While it is nice for him to share it with us, westla is right to challenge him, as kingpole seems to be presenting this as the proper way to Kegel. In truth, some of his ideas seem … Extraneous.

It should be clear what he posted his own kingpole variation.

If it works for him, great. If you want to try it, great.

But a Kegel is a very simple exercise. You can do it while driving to work. You just flex and release. That’s it.

I did not invent them so they are not an issue of my own brilliance. And yes I am enthusiastic about them. If regular kegels are the way to go so be it. Soon they get boring perhaps various modifications would help with the sameness of it. Variety is the spice of life. Don’t knock something because it is something new. Try it yourself it is almost like ballooning. As far as PE goes to the rest of the world it seems extraneous, but who knows perhaps someday if will become vogue. If this is offensive pardons in advance!

Man kegels has make my erection really strong, when I am with my GF sometimes even after a good fuck I still at 80% maybe 90% percent erect. I start kegel before than PE and I have never seen a side-effect, when I start kegeling I use a routine from the book “the multiple orgasmic man” but today after a lot of time I just kegel when I can and give good results, always that I have nothing to do I start to kegel.

You really should give a try, for me it works perfectly.

Phyriel, amigo, tell us a bit more about your former kegeling routine!

I’m not passing any kind of judgment on the technique you posted other than to say that it is not a standard Kegel, and therefore your post is misleading.

Some of your methodology shows signs of over-involvement in my, and others view.

For example, you make some claims in that post regarding the BC versus PC muscle that seem to me to be inflated (to use a term); westla was right to challenge you. He’s a medical professional; he knows a thing or two about anatomy. The idea that erect Kegels (with weight resistance or whatever variation) are ‘better’ is unfounded. It’s your opinion. ‘Better’ is a relative term.

There’s nothing wrong with what you describe, and I said as much earlier. If it works for you great; that you want to share what works for you is equally great. Your participation and enthusiasm are appreciated.

What’s not great is that you attempt to pass off your advice as standard practice. That’s misleading and not great.

The Kegel exercise is very simple and can be done anywhere. That’s one of the things that’s great about it. Variations (within reason) are good if they help motivate you (or anyone) to do them, as any exercise that someone does with regularity beats one that is not done at all.

Just qualify your advice a little more carefully; this is especially important with regard to the newbie’s here. Offer your suggestions, but be careful about presenting them in an authoritative way that is misleading; let folks know what the standard is and then you can describe your variation. Or at least let people know upfront that yours is a new and different approach. That’s a fair request.

Okay?

For me, kegeling is one of the factors that has given me damn near total control over my orgasm. As you can imagine, the net effect on my love life is a look of blissed out confusion upon my lover’s face, the look that says, “Where the fuck am I?” and “Sure feels gooooood!!!”

Edging to slightly beyond point of no return and then bringing it back under control with one really assertive “super-kegel” has been the primary method.

Love it when it works. :)

Dear MR. Happy

I’m no stranger to the medical world, I’m studying to be a physicians Assitant, currently I am a Medical Asistant, will be taking the state exam for License Vocational Nurse sometime this year, hopefully. I don’t need to become a nurse to complete PA most pre-requisites are met. Just need to get 4000 hours of clinical work in as a Medical Assitant.

About erect kegels, looking it up online they are good to teach people who have a hard time finding or reconising the PC/BC mudcle. When you are erect and you are using these muscles your dick bobs up and down. This is bobbing means your PC working. The site I found this information is another PE forum called Fastsize. But when posting the link it went to another archive page on their site so I removed the link altogether.

My presentations of late have been clutsy at best. So I was presumptious in thinking everyone was aware of erect kegels. There is another thread on the subject that I pulled up last night. I actually think erect kegels are easier to teach to newbies because they can see what is going on and at the same time feel what is going on. A more precise kenetic connection.

As far as Anotomy I love Anatomy! Cadavers are interesting people. Hehehe!
Oh here is a oxy-moron I took the liberty of correcting your English. You had three mistakes. Although I had more mistakes then you had I just could not help myself. However, I think the spell check may also be in error at times.

I don’t believe I had any errors in my post, but that’s neither here not there. Give me a break, sir.

In red above is what a casual spell-check turned up in your post - a spell check that took me two seconds - and that’s just spelling, we aren’t even dealing with grammar or punctuation. Occasionally I’ll leave out a word, or make a spelling error (usually a typo), but infrequently. What’s your excuse?

Just so we’re all clear on spelling; I, in my role of Grammar Nazi, am barely enforcing spelling standards that any of us should have learned in grade school and perfected by the 8th grade. It’s not hard stuff. Please do a better job. If you find I have made a legitimate error, let me know. I’m not above being corrected. But first I’d recommend that you concentrate on doing a better job yourself.

If you believe erect Kegels are easier to teach that’s your belief. It’s not shared here. The routine you posted was far from a simple erect Kegel, by the way.

I personally think it’s pretty easy to comprehend flexing the same way one does to stop a flow of urine. Past toilet training we’ve all done it. It’s really easy.

As a senior member here why not try to clarify simple points and let people know when you are coloring outside the lines? It’s not a lot to ask.

And spell-check once in a while. Just for the hell of it. We cut you a lot of slack on that score.

What’s important is you do a good, concentrated set (50 or so) every day.

It is a muscle you can work daily, so go for it. The more consistent you are the better it’ll be.

How did you get that to turn red like that. Your spell check is better than the one I am using Assistant did not even come up on the spell check I used. I use the spell check on all post, but I think it to is missing something. I did that on purpose, to see if it picked it up the error. Asitant assistant.

I’m not a good speller that is why I use the spell check it seems to be letting me down I think.

OK I know what going on the spell check is not coming on anymore automatically. OK that solved.

Did you read that other thread on erect kegels?

kp, I can make it so the spell checker is automatic if you want me too. Also, probably a good thing to work on correct spelling and grammar for your future career, where accuracy will be a lot more serious of a situation.

I don’t know why spell-check wouldn’t catch the various versions of assistant for you. They came right up when I ran it.

FYI: The spell check function doesn’t turn anything red - it identifies the questionable words. Once identified I (and westla and anyone else) have to take a moment to make them red/bold, either by using the WYSIWYG drop-down menu or (such as when I’m on my Treo) inputting the color code manually. I just do that so that the problem words are easier to see.

No spell-checker is perfect, but you can take a little time to double check your posts when you do a spell-check. If it’s wrong it’s wrong, so correct accordingly. One could also use FireFox; if the forum options are set to Basic Text Box, Firefox’s automatic spell-check will work. It underlines problem words as you type and you can right-click to see correcting options on the fly.

If you like the forum’s WYSIWYG functions then you’ll have to run a separate check prior to posting.

I don’t want to get bogged down overmuch on spelling and grammar. I responded to that because you opened it up for discussion. I know you try. Sometimes I think you don’t try your best. If the auto spell-check will help, problem solved.

I have read about a variety of Kegeling methods over the years, both here and elsewhere (yes I’ve read that thread). My position still stands. I agree with westla, we have to be careful about making claims of efficacy and we should qualify ourselves when presenting methods that are alternate to the standard practices.
