Everyone’s got different ideas about how using too much weight can have adverse effects on gains, how come no one’s ever pondered about manual stretching and how it could have back-tracking effects on gains? You don’t really know how hard you are pulling, and you’re definetly putting more pressure on the penis than you would be if you were just hanging. In my opinion, hanging is 100% easier than doing manual excercises plus you know exactly how much pulling pressure is on the whole time, without having to guess whether or not you’re going to be backtracking if you do manual excercises. I’m suprised there are people who are still manual stretching at all considering the ease of hanging and the consistent gains, and to all of those considering hanging do it, it won’t hurt your unit if you do it right and you will get consistant quick gains.

Good points!! I guess if I hadn’t made such fast gains from jelqing and stretching, I probably would have contemplated hanging, pumping, etc.

My problem has been that hanging is just more complicated and I have blistered myself, whereas with manual stretching it is so simple and I have never gotten a blister.

Your hand is an easier tool to hide.

Good points. On at least one occasion I lost a gain from manual stretching I thought was almost locked in. If a little is good, more must be better, right? So when I saw the increase I stretched more and harder. I lost the gain that had been teasing me.

I have to put in a lot of work to gain from hanging, but manual stretching is now only a waste of time. It no longer does anything for me.

I don’t know what causes retraction from overwork. Figuring that out would be a great PE discovery.

I may be in the middle of such a retraction myself. This would make a great topic for a poll. How many members have lost ground which they attribute to overwork?

I think it is interesting with hanging it is stressed so much that gains are made better when you are using moderate weight for many sets, but with manual stretching people use short bursts of high stress and still gain a lot.

How much time do you have to put in hanging to get gains? Tme is the factor that sways many away from hanging IMO.

I use manual, I simply cant use hangers, my hanging turns always to skin stretching.

I am uncut, I have so much skin that I could spare 20 hoods for cut people and still have some extra turtleneck on my dick.

Hard to explain, hangers, stretchers … etc don’t work on me.
