I'm Giving It Another Shot!
I’ve fucked about for too long now. Over the past several years I’ve been PE’ing I have nowhere near reached my potential and it’s time for this bullshit-laziness to stop once and for all.
Over the past two weeks or so I’ve been performing 300 jelqs a night 5 times a week. Previous to that I was performing more or less the same routine with variations of squeezes included. All of this in aid to get some ‘feeling’ back into my cock and to get some blood flowing around in preparation for this mammoth routine I’m about to start.
I measured last night for the first time in months. Last time I measured I was around 6.5 inches NBPEL - Coming down from around 6.75 inches if I remember correctly. Last night I measured at 6.80 inches NBPEL at full on raging boner capacity! So I’m back at my maximum once again, plus a little extra too.
Routine is looking something like this

10 minutes of pumping
Day 2
10 minutes of pumping
Day 3
10 minutes of pumping
Day 4
10 minutes of pumping

100 wet jelqs
erect bends @ 45 seconds x2
150 wet jelqs
erect squeezes @ 60 seconds x2
Day 6
100 wet jelqs
erect bends @ 45 seconds x2
150 wet jelqs
erect squeezes @ 60 seconds x2
Day 7
100 wet jelqs
erect bends @ 45 seconds x2
150 wet jelqs
erect squeezes @ 60 seconds x2
Day 8

Complete rest periods
As you can see my routine is based on 8 days on followed by 4 consecutive rest days. The routine then repeats itself.
I’ve always responded well to intense routines in the past so I’m going back to what I know has worked for me. After a few weeks I’ll probably increase the pumping sessions to around 15-20 minutes. If things should however not go in favour of gains, I’ll reduce the routine frequency. IE, just perform 6 days on and 4 off.
Short term goals I’m looking for 7 inches NBP and long term anything over 7.5 inches NBP. I’ll probably start a Log in the progress forum just to keep a record of my events.
