From what I read EQ revolves around gaining, so what would be a good amount of erections to get after a session?

Is it ok if you don’t any erections after a session? Does the penis have to remain hard for reasonable amount of time after a session?

I think you missed the point.

Better EQ is a positive indicator. This does not mean that gaining revolves around EQ or vice verse though.

Also the amount of wood you get after a session doesn’t help you gain much. A few theories out there talk about heating or cooling your stretched penis, but no one has ever mentioned getting wood after a session to better his routine.

Yes it is OK, and no it doesn’t. I don’t have erections after my session, and I gain fairly well.

I think I remember westla saying that it is important to be able to achieve an erection after a workout, as a sign that you haven’t overtrained, but nothing other than that.

Some view it as important. However. Directly after a workout I usually have trouble getting 100%. If I wait 30-45 mins I get the best EQ I can get.

In view of Sparkyx’ postings on “indicators,” I was wondering the same thing.

Well I try to achieve about a 90% erection straight after my session, then wait for a 100% to occur naturally about an hour later. It’s a welcome sign to me that I’ve not over-trained or damaged anything.

I started with an EQ of 6. After PEing a while, I built up to an EQ of 10 (it only took a few weeks).

I had an EQ of 10 before I grew .25” length and .18” girth. Now my penis is bigger but I’m usually getting a slightly lower EQ of about 8. I would theorize that my soft muscle may need to grow just a little bit to keep up with the tissue growth, or stretched state.

Recently, I got an EQ of 10, and I noticed a total of .50” in length gains while at that EQ level. However, right now, my EQ is back down to 8 most of the time, so I figure this is a non-cemented gain, and I’m not counting it yet.

I’m sure that it can be nothing but beneficial to achieve an erection after a session. At least from personal experience I have noticed the next morning I have crazy hard morning wood if I have, and sustain an erection for at least 15-20 minutes post session. I never feel sore. or any discomfort the next morning either, no matter how hard the session was the previous night. Thus I think that it’s beneficial.

Personally, I don’t usually judge my EQ right after a session. I assume my penis is tired and not really up for much (:

The next day, however, is what matters to me. If I don’t get rock hard erections throughout the day, I did something wrong.

What do you mean by “occur naturally about an hour later?” Spontaneous? Without manual stimulation? What?
