Now during this month i failed in only one….smoking. I gave up for a week but ended up starting again *sigh* I am determined to try again at the end of this week so ill let you all know how that goes.
As for the other two objectives, i have been more successful than i ever could have imagined. I have grown 1cm in length! Girth has yet to follow but i must admit to concentrating primarily on length exercises. Even though i now believe myself to be above average very slightly, i am still incredibly insecure about my penis. I guess i will feel that way until i hit 8” , oh and believe me i WILL!

Dude, what excersizes did/do you do? I’ve been doing the newbie-routine it for about 3 weeks (~15-20 minutes of jelq, varying hardness. I am sloppy with the stretches though, since I get an erection when doing those quite easily), and I’ve also noticed almost 1cm more in bone pressed length.
