None from PE *knocks on wood*

The one injury I did get was from measuring to much one day. I got a small tear just below the head on the connective skin to the shaft. With Bib’s help I was able to finally resolve it.

I also had some serious ingrown hair problems too but again not really PE related.

I have been sticking with a set that looks like this:

100 jelqs
30 Second DLD Bend
30 Modifield Horse Squeeze

I do 7 sets of these. I also have some other exercises that I am experimenting with that I will substitute. But mainly I like to stick to these sort of super sets of 100 jelqs to 2 30 seconds squeezes of some sort.

Do you do your strtetches before the super sets or after?

I do my stretching routine at 7:00AM (Blasters)

I do my Jelq/bend/squeeze routine at Noon
