In which direction do YOU have your penis when you jelq

This is something that interests me, as I think it may have a direct effect on gains.

The jelq video shows jelqing at about “10 o clock” position, I personally jelq at about “7:30”.

What about you guys?

7:30 - 8:00

Both up and down - when I dry jelq V-style I go from underneath and upwards about 10-11 o’clock, when I do dry jelq á la Lobster claw or snifter grip (read Q-hybrid’s post for a description) I pull outwards about 9 o’clock and when I wet jelq regular grip I go anywhere from 9-7 o’clock.

I imagine that out and down will affect ligs, but I like the V-style from underneath because I can lock off both CC’s real far down towards my balls, much closer to the base than if I use regular or overhand grip. I figure the longer the stroke (theoretically) the better.

I alternate. When I stand up I jelq at like the 11o clock position. When I’m sitting down I do it at like the 8o’clock

It varies for me.

8-9 o’clock

Reverse Hand position: down and out

Regular “OK” grip: out and up

7:00-8:00 o’clock.

Well wouldn’t it depend on if you wanted girth or length?
I thought down would do more length, up would be more for girth.

Am I correct about this, or am I just talking out of my ass?

As long as you don’t jelq inwards you should be OK.
