DLD Blasters, a question I have on this is, if you have an LOT at 9.00, and everything should be done below this ie:8.00-6.00, is the upright stretch of a DLD Blaster going to work for me. In a previous post, I was told to stretch everything below 9.00 to get the benefits of stretching.

Also, the Fulcrum Stretch, when doing the excercise, just to be on the right track, does the top hand pull or stretch away from the bottom hand stretching in the opposite direction. Can this be done at different points along the shaft!

In this instance, stretch below you LOT. Then just do a reverse kegal if you want, not the whole blaster. You can do blasters at almost any angle, but for guys with a high LOT, the kegals do not work much while stretching at lower angles.

Somebody else will have to reply about the fulcrum stretch.

Yeah.

Yeah.

But you dont want to be doing fulcrum moves, with your LOT, normal stretching will work best.

well.. i have been doing the dld blasters for about 2 months,, and have been stretching at almost full downward and as much as i cn pull,, every day but it seems that i have reached a plateau,, im bone pressed at 7 1/2 to sometimes 8,, and want to get to a good 8 1/2 ,, i got good gains up to about 2 months ago,,, i started last nov,, any of u old pros got any suggestions where i might be going wrong?? am some what frustrated now,, harv

By the way…for those who’ve been wondering my LOT is around 9 o’clock. Dont think it has changed much if any over the last three weeks. I hang exclusively BTC. I’ve gained 5/8” so far in that same time period.

When you say, don`t do the Fulcrum stretch with my LOT, what sort of stretch would you recommend?
I haven`t got a Bib yet, although am going to get one for sure. Do you think this is the only thing left for me to do…?
