Interruptions- How do you deal with them?

Hope you all are doing well and are atleast one step closer to your goals. I have a question.

Do you get interrupted and how do you deal with it? For example, I know some of you have children of various ages, do they ever just bang on the door mid session? Some of the younger members live in dorms or with roommates. How do you deal with them interrupting you?

I have to do the bulk of my PE early in the morning before the kids get up, with a few minutes after my shower sometimes.

For manual stretching, and also jelqing, suitable attire helps. Wearing boxers under loose fitting sweat shorts allows you to do your thing without clothing being much in the way. Then if something comes up simply let go and you’re good to go.

Hanging, pumping and other more involved techniques are a different story.

For the kids when they got to the age able to be left alone, I’d tell them going to meditate and stretch so don’t disturb me. It also helps the wife knows of PE and has always helped and I work from home.

Still every now and then get interrupted by a business call. I just stop, do what needs to get done then pick up PE where left off.

I have dine client sessions while hanging, so I try not to let those things disturb my plans

When there are other people in the house I don’t take the chance for any reason.

I go for stealth first and foremost, and do most of my PE during the hour between the time my wife leaves for work and I do. She surprised me one morning when she came back to pick up her phone that she forgot. I was stark nude in the living room and thought there was no way she didn’t see me through the window. I high-tailed it to the bathroom and pretended I was going #2 and she didn’t seem to question me. I am nit currently hanging so it is a little easier to bail out when doing manual work.
