So what's the deal with clamping?

So what’s the deal here? I just get a boner, put on some wrap, and clamp that sucker at the base as low as it will go?

How long do you recommend that I keep it on for?

I don’t use wrap but I do kegel than clamp right at the base, after I clamp I do some squeezes but you need to be very careful when you do this I have a very tough dick and I have come close to hurting myself several times. The minute you feel pain or just something weird you need to stop. The expansion you get from this is out of this world.

Clamping is not for newbies for all you guys reading this that are just starting out.

Get hard, wrap, clamp on wrap, I then kegel repeatedly and push the clamp against my pubic fat.

Start with five minutes, wait about 10, then do another five. That’s enough to get started. I use a wrap, it helps prevent pinching the skin as you click the clamp down.

I bend my dick in different directions in a clamping session. I feel a good stretch in the tunica with it. So I think it can work for length gains also. I do it for about two weeks now, so I can’t say if this routine will help for length gains for sure. (but I assume, it does)

I just started clamping. Man, is it intense. And awesome. Make sure you stay aware of your units condition though, because it can go downhill quick. I do about 10 minutes take a break for about five, then do 5-8 more minutes. I use a wrap for the same reason as westla and do some squeezes and slight bends if I am able. Good luck to you.

I was too busy being nervous about it to enjoy any sort of rush!

It doesn’t take long to get used to it. I’ve been doing it for about a week. I can’t believe how big it gets. I haven’t measured while clamping, but maybe I should just to see what kind of expansion I am getting.
