I am considering buying either an IR heating pad or an IR lamp. Which, in everyones opinion, would be the better option for PE and why (with no references to cost)?

Don’t waste your money. Throw a facecloth in the microwave for 45 seconds, heat for 2 mins, throw it in for 15 more, heat again for another 2, and so on. It works great.
Start: 5/04: 5.75 x 4.6
Now: 1/05: 6.5 x 4.9
