Is 20-25 mins enough
As of now I’m 7.25 bpel x 5.25 eg. All I want is an inch in lenght and .75 in girth. I take 3000mg of L arginine a day before I start and I do my entire routine in the shower. Btc stretching for 5 mins and then 200-250 jelqs which is about 20-25 mins. And then sometimes ill do clamping for 3 10 min sessions. I’ve been doing PE on and off but can never seem to commit, my gf is now pregnant so her sex drive is low and thought this is a wonderful time to stay committed to it and then suprise her if I can. Just want to know if it’s good enough or I should up my routine.
