Is anybody doin short intense workouts and making gains
Ive been peeing for near a year now and haven’t really gained. i used to stretch for 20 minutes then jelq for 30 min. Ive tried everything in between like squeezes and ulies. ive read a post that some national bodybuilder has wrote that said he did short intense workouts. i need a lil advice. I guess I’m just a hard gainer
