Is anybody doin short intense workouts and making gains

Ive been peeing for near a year now and haven’t really gained. i used to stretch for 20 minutes then jelq for 30 min. Ive tried everything in between like squeezes and ulies. ive read a post that some national bodybuilder has wrote that said he did short intense workouts. i need a lil advice. I guess I’m just a hard gainer

my current stats are 7.5 length 5.5 girth

sure am my workouts are 30 minutes tops that includes stretching, squeezes and jelqs, i make sure i have spots all over my penis when im thru letting me know that ive pushed blood all over, the spots to me are my signs of doing it right, as logn as their not bad black spots jsut light red ones, but ive gained 3/4 of an inch in 3 weeks, and .25 girth and the spots go away the next day…

Thanks for the tip. I’m gonna start doin short intense workouts and see how it goes. later

those gains sound impressive, n over such a short period of time.

so how often do u workout? once a day,or like the bodybuilding style : once every 4-7 days.
