Is anybody getting gains with clamps?

Is anybody getting gains with clamps? I just started working the clamping into my jelq/squeeze routine and I really like the dangerous mother f-ers. Tell me are they just making my dick look fat after the workout or will I gain has anybody made girth gains that the know are from the clamp. These things are dangerous so if no one is gaining it’s a waste. It really does expand and get my dick fatter than it’s ever been so I’m hoping it works.

Well, I don’t know for sure quite yet (won’t measure till the end of the year) but I’m looking much fatter lately and I’ve been doing hose clamps for a while now. I do it in a routine that also has dry jelqs, Ulis, and some wet jelqing so it’s probably not all from the clamping but I like how things look so far. (I tend to compare home my dick looks in my girlfriends mouth/hand for those that wonder.)

I’ve been focusing on length not girth (the rubber band theory!). But I have been doing some girth exercises. I jelq, mostly at lesser erection angles for length, but sometimes at greater erection angles for girth. I also clamp from time to time, as I simply enjoy doing it. I’ve seen 1/4”-3/8” girth increase, without this being my focus. My hunch is that both the jelqing and clamping have contributed to this increase.

One thing I’ve noticed is that if I clamp too much my unit tends to shrivel up. Also, when I clamp after jelqing things expand more. Likewise, with successive sets of clamping, there is usually more expansion. I also lightly jelq when I clamp.

My take is that clamping does nothing permanent as there is not enough positive pressure to stress or stretch anything, ie jelq / hanging /ads

I have gained from clamping. When I first started off, I would only clamp and massage the penis. Now I am doing all sorts of dangerous stuff that Newbies should avoid. I have condition my dick over a long 6 month period of clamping.

Anyway, while I am clamped I also: Light jelq, squeezes, bends (very light), compression. Sometimes I get a nice pump doing the clamp work, then loosen the clamp enough to keep blood in, then dry jelq using the clamp itself. I also supplement my clamping routine with pumping, to get that added effect.

I would also note that although I have been doing almost NO length work, my BPEL is up. I do stretch before clamping to loosen the little fellow up and sometimes before bed I will do some stretches, but nothing serious.

Good luck. I think clamping is another good PE tool if used correctly.

I would have to disagree with you. I think just “clamping” and then doing nothing might not work for all dicks. IMO, some addition pressure needs to be applied to the penis, like light squeezes, etc.

As for pressure, I get a lot more pressure build up clamping than I ever had jelquing. Just what works for me.

Pabs, clamping should not be considered an exercise in itself, maybe when you’re just starting out. What it’s for is to get you more engorged than normal, to be able to perform girth exercises more effectively. Although at times at the end of my girth sessions when my tunica is deeply fatigued just leaving the clamp on gives an incredibly intense stretching feeling.

Dino, I agree that clamping is somewhat more dangerous than manual girth work, this follows from the fact that it’s more intense. But I still don’t see people reporting any more injuries from clamping than from manual girth exercises, other than minor stuff like discoloration. This makes sense though, because I think the real danger in girth work is when you stress the tunica at 100% hardness. There is too much stress on a small area of the tunica, and a tear can occur. While clamped, my dick is more engorged than normal, but it is still less hard than a 100% erection, so it might in fact be easier on the tunica than trying to get the same intensity through 100% hard manual work. But I do believe that clamping puts alot more stress on the vascular system in the dick, so it’s important to be careful there.

I have gained very well from clamping (with exercises such as uli’s squashes horses), an inch of EG in fact, probably some EL. I could never go back to manual girth work, clamping is just so much more intense and effective.

I gained a 1/4 inch in girth in about 2 weeks using a cable clamp.

I do agree with pabs on one condition. I believe you need a lot of girth to begin with for clamping to be effective. A 5 inch EG is not going to build up the kind of pressure a 6 inch EG will. I started at 6 inches base EG. My base girth is now 6-1/4. I still work with the clamp closed as small as it goes. The pressure created is great. Although it does start to get uncomfortable after a while.

I agree 100%. Clamping has worked great for me. I have been doing it for around 2 months and have done no exercises except clamping itself while maintaining as strong as an erection as I can(still conditioning penis before moving onto more intense exercises).

Stormy you say it works great—I assume this means that you’ve gained well. Naturally, what were the gains you got in these two months?

I agree I also do other things that are not safe with the clamp like little squeezes I didn’t say anything because these will blow out an untrained penis in a second. You are 100% correct newbies should advoid these advanced exercises until they are ready.

Clamps Rock!

Besides added girth, this is my main exercise for length. I put one or two Home Depot clamps on. Then, I squeeze right in front of the clamps, and pull backwards thus pushing blood pressure forward even more. Sometimes i even squeeze right in front of the clamp, and then halfway down, creating a back and forth balloon effect. I am going to do this consistently for 6 months and see what happens. Girth is definitely up. Erect Length is a bit longer already due to the tunica being stretched and the cells being flooded. Also, I do a revised ULI after squeezing hard for 30 to 60 seconds to finish off the glans.

I do the same with one it’s interesting that you think you might get some length gains you could be right. I know hughjordan used to get length gains with erect squeezes “The HJ jelq squeeze”

I misunderstood, I thought by clamping you meant just put it on and forget it, no additional excersise
