Yes, I’m two months into it and flaccid has increased dramatically, erect only a bit.

I have always observed my BPFSL increases months before permanent erect length increases. I have a strong erect curve and stretched flaccid was always easier or more consistent in determining making progress and that always came first before erect growth.


Started more than 10 years ago 7x5

Now 8x6.25

Anytime I’ve noticed an increase in flaccid size, I’ve seen erect gains become solid and cemented.


Starting stats: 7.5" BPEL x 6.2" MEG

Current Stats BPEL: 8.2" [NBPEL: 7.6"] EG: 6.8" - Goal: 9x7 and beyond

I had erect gains before flaccid gains. I have always had my penis retract inside me when flaccid. I don’t understand why. Even when jelqing, I can’t let go, or it turns turtle and pulls up in me. Looks like a dried up prune in a fuzzy patch of hair.

thanks another observation which might have truth to it.(not the first tiem mentioned in PE forums..) Errection PE for errection gains and flaccid PE for flaccid gains.

Cold water flaccid pumping helped me from not turtling cause of cold climate.

I did the pumping routine outlined here by other members. I didn’t get anything but a swollen ring around my dick, behind the head, where the loose skin is when it turns turtle.

BPFSL yes. Standard flaccid, not so much. My BPFSL always increases before my BPEL increased. I seem to be about a half inch ahead in BPFSL over BPEL.

I am unimpressed with my regular flaccid. As another brother stated above: a shower I will never be. Unless I can lose this damn fat pad!


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

How is is your physical fitness and pelvic floor strength? Are you relaxed down there?(same question to others who dont see flaccid improvement.)

you should check for yourself what combination might give you flaccid gains. warm water, cold water. flaccid , errect. combination with jelqs, manual stretch or manual clamp..
Im sure there is a way.

I am a shower most of the time I wish I knew how to be that way all the time. I am sometimes 7” flaccid on a good day. I go to a nudist park in the summer and really enjoy showing off, but I have other days I look tiny. I think mostly when it is cold and have not had sex in a while. I seems like the times I am have a lot of sexual activity or after a warm shower are best. Overdoing the PE can shrink me up too. Anyone else have that experience?

Yoga will help with fat pad reduction. I do some yoga recommended by my physical therapist.

Well, the fat pad itself is cause of higher body fat due to lifestyle.
So if you are very lean you probably have less fatpad.

Obviously you can be fit and still have a fat pad if you have more energy intake then energy output.

Im very thin but not fit lol. I have no fat pad but some EQ problems cause I dont exercise enough right now.
But Im rather good trained in my pelvic floor which enables me to relax down there which helps with a better hang/flaccid.

A nice side effect of exercise can be to have better pelvic floor muscles and maybe better control over them. (for sure better blood flow if you train for example your legs with squats.)
If your pelvic floor is tight or unbalanced it might lead to faster turtling. To prevent that stuff reverse kegels and conciously relaxing the pelvic floor can help.

Its the natural reflex to heal your damaged unit nearby your body. Thats why its recommended to heal in an expanded state.
