Is it me,or does anybody know why....

Before PE, when I had to take a piss my dick was slightly swollen, therefore making it look bigger. But now, after 4 months into PE, my dick looks bigger AFTER I take a piss. Why would this be?

Before, the pee pressure resulted in you holding some blood in your penis (positive kegel).

Now, PE results in increased blood flow with minimum pushing out (reverse kegel).

Just a guess mind you.

I notice the same on occasion, especially if I had been holding it up for a while. I start with a shrunken flaccid because of all the holding up and when I let go and relax I’m sporting a semi by the time I’m done.

Yes, that is it. However, it is not a “semi” when done. It is just at it’s natural state I think….and hope
