Is LOT theory only about length or about girth too?

I’m quite new to this and yes, I read Bib’s LOT Theory thread but I couldn’t find an explicit mention concerning my question:

LOT theory kind of predicts what length extension potential one has, depending on his LOT. The higher the ligs, the better the chances to grow in length.
How is it about girth expectations? Is there the same connection between LOT and your potential to grow in girth?
