So I’m curious what kind of category of magnitude veterans here would put my PE routine in. I’ve been PEing for a year and took a 2 month decon break in the middle somewheres.

My PE routine is as follows:

15 minutes of Jelqing in the morning.
1.5 hrs hanging 5 lbs with Vac hanger during afternoon.
3 ten minute sets of clamping before bed.

5 days on, 2 days off.

5 on 2 off with all that? Definately heavy IMO. Being that you just took a decon break, you should ease back into your routine. Leave this work for at least 1 month after you are back into your routine.

From what I gather on the subject of PE:
The higher the intensity, the more your penis gets use to it and loses it’s effect (this is my theory on the subject, I’m not claiming fact here). Before getting into this, have you considered the other options first? Like mem’s rapid gain routine? Have you exhausted all the other possibilities? Are you just upping a five day routine or will this be your first go at it?

I’m not sure about this either, but from what I gather, length and girth routines don’t mix very well. Again this is only information I have gathered from the threads I have read, and I might be wrong, but maybe you should consider something like, heavy length workout on day one with light girth workout at the end, followed by light length workout with heavy girth workout on day two.

I’m just planting a few suggestions.

Intense. If this routine is not cutting it change it. Target the are you want to work, Girth or length. You should jelq before clamping like you do. Jelqing is a good conditioning exercise to do before doing clamping,pumping, Ulis or jelq squeezes. I think this sequence prevents injuries.

But with intense workouts you should only do 3 days per week. To prevent injury and your dick needs a extra day to recover. This would be a Monday,Thursday,Sunday type schedule. Try to get 36-48 hour rest period. Your penis grows during the rest periods.

Is it really that much? I did ease back into my routine with a couple months of just jelqing and stretching, only recently transitioning into these other exercises. It’s only 15m jelqing, the hanging is only 5lbs, and the clamping is basically the standard protocol of 3x10minutes. The thing is, I haven’t had any negative PIs. Not even any dull soreness (the kind that tells you you’ve had good workout but didn’t overdo it).

I have tried Mem’s routine but, I don’t know why exactly, but I’ve never been successful with stretching. For whatever reason, I always end up applying more pressure than I’d like to the glans in order to get a decent grip. My being uncut I’m sure is a part of this though I recognize most uncut guys are able to stretch just fine.

I’m doing the clamping because I want girth more than anything, but seem to be a hard gainer of it.

Keep the thoughts coming, I really want to be smart here.

Are you stretching from the glans, if so stop!
Warm up about twenty minutes before stretching maybe that will make your penis more pliable.

No I stretch from below the glans but I don’t know if it’s the shape of the area combined with the fact that I am uncut (although I pull the skin back of course) or what, but whenever I try to pull with enough force to feel anything in my ligs, for example, my grip always ends up creeping down onto my glans which of course is a big no-no. It just seems like I have to squeeze extremely hard to get any kind of grip, but even then the tight grip eventually ends up getting to my glans.

So anyway, I’ve sortof given up on stretching and have decided to go with vac hanging instead. I’m still curious, though, what more people’s impressions of whether my PE regmin as a whole is a lot or a very reasonable or what.
