Is it really that much? I did ease back into my routine with a couple months of just jelqing and stretching, only recently transitioning into these other exercises. It’s only 15m jelqing, the hanging is only 5lbs, and the clamping is basically the standard protocol of 3x10minutes. The thing is, I haven’t had any negative PIs. Not even any dull soreness (the kind that tells you you’ve had good workout but didn’t overdo it).
I have tried Mem’s routine but, I don’t know why exactly, but I’ve never been successful with stretching. For whatever reason, I always end up applying more pressure than I’d like to the glans in order to get a decent grip. My being uncut I’m sure is a part of this though I recognize most uncut guys are able to stretch just fine.
I’m doing the clamping because I want girth more than anything, but seem to be a hard gainer of it.
