Is this new?
I have never seen this exercise in any PE forum, or program. So it may, or may not be new.
I call it a two way Jelq!
The way I do it is, I work myself up to about 80% erection, lube up with a water based lube, kegel in some extra blood, then clamp down at the base with one hand, while clamping down just below the glans with the other hand. Now while squeezing pretty good, but not trying to kill my dick, I jelq in both directions til my OK grips meet each other.
This is by no means a newbie exercise, so Don’t try this if you don’t have at least 6 months of continued PE.
I believe it has helped me to build on my girth.
If it is an old exercise, then I am sorry. And am not trying to take credit for someone elses discovery. Just thought some of you may want to try something different.
If you try it, and it helps you, please let the rest of us know how it works for you.

As of 12-07-2008 7.75" BPEL 7.1" NBPEL 5.7"MSEG 6"+ BSEG. Ultimate goal 8+ inches NBPEL, 8.5" BPEL 6.3" EG (2" diameter just sounds so cool!)
Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!
