It won't fit
My cock flaccid will not fit into the golf weights I bought after seeing the thread about them and peoples success. Is there any other weights similar that have a larger circumference.

The weights don’t fit me very well either. What I do is splash some water on my dick, and then the weights slide on pretty easily (I use the regular size monty’s PE weights though). So if you don’t want to waste the money you already spent on the weights, you can always try that.
