i've gained!
It’s been 3 weeks into PE for me now. I promised myself that I wouldn’t measure for 6 months, but I just had to check. Because I measured before I started PE, I did my measurement a day after doing any PE just to make sure. I went from 5.75” EBPL to 6” EBPL. I am always adding 1/8” for variation, but even 1/8” in 3 weeks is amazing to me! I’m going to avoid the ruler again for at least a month, even though I still don’t want to measure for 5 more months.
