PE PE Survey - For Vets and those who have gained
Hello all,
I must say that the level and quality and information found in this site is top notch! Thanks everyone for making this site the best place to get your PE information. Now, there are some drawbacks to this however… It means that to get specific information, one must do research (sometimes quite a bit of searching) before they are able to find what they are looking for. The purpose of this poll is to just get everyone’s response as to what they found most helpful in their PE experience.
I know some of us preach pumping, some hanging, some jelqing but the majority do a whole lot of everything. The question for the Vets and people who have gained from PE is this… Out of all the techniques, which one did you find most helpful? which one technique would you say was most effective?
I know that most here do combinations so you can rank each technique using a percentage (percentage or weight given to the technique for effectiveness). For example:
Routine that has gained me 1.5 in length, 1 inch girth
1. Jelq - 30%
2. Hanging - 45%
3. Stretching - 20%
4. Pumping - 5%
Once we have enough information, I will tally up the results and present the information.
