Fact is, I think, that some of us vets have posted our routines in so many threads here at Thunders that we are tired of writing it again. That is so for me.

Basically, gains have been

0.75 G

Mostly through pumping, jelking, and some modified Ulis. I have only been playing around with cable clamping a couple of months. It gives major girth stretch but I don’t want any more cemented girth so for me it is just a “maintenance” exercise.

hey Avocet8.. thanks for posting.. Actually I didn’t want this to be a chore for people. My goal here is to collect information but to also help all of us out and reflect. I have done lots of reading and I come across posts of vets who said they had a change of heart as to what they believed worked and what didn’t. The way I see it. PE is part science part art. I don’t think there is one thing that works for everyone (well Jelqing is probably the closest but even with that there are variations) So this poll is helpful to vets to reflect and think about your successes and failures. Its a chance to truly be honest. For example, you 2.39 L gain is nice.. but would you say pumping gave you 80 percent of that gain?

About a week from now will mark the end of 1 year of PE, and I’ve gained approximately 2” EL and 1” EG. For length 50% A-stretches, 50% SD hanging. For girth, 100% clamping, it has gotten me most of that inch.

Juke - an inch in girth from clamping? Holy shit!! An inch? That would put me at over 6 end of 2005, and I would quit PE, assuming my length has hit 9 by then. 9 x 6 is getting to where there are women you just can’t have sex with, and that’s enough. Glad to hear you got all that from clamping. I am doing only clamped squeezes now while girth catches up to 8.125 length. dangle

Well near the head girth has lagged a bit. I blame that on doing an exercise all the time where I squeeze near the head and at the base when clamped. Great for midshaft and base girth, but the squeezing nullifies any stretch to the shaft up there. I don’t just put the clamp on and sit there, that won’t do much IMO. Clamping puts your dick in just the right state of erection to do squeezes to get the maximum stretch from them. I’m always squeezing at the base and kegalling while clamped. Also, I don’t believe in overtraining from clamping, or any girth work. I’ve had great results from a 2x per day routine, with 20 minutes clamping in the AM, and 40 minutes clamping in the PM.

Yikes, juke. Do you at least take days off?

No days off.. at least under my own power.. days off means the tunica loses the fatigue and after the day off it doesn’t stretch as well. I notice that the more frequent your workouts are, the easier it is to stretch next time. Same principle as hanging, which makes me see overtraining girth as a big myth. Stretching the tunica produces the same result, whether its from hanging weight or from blood pressure internally, same deal. I dare you to tell me one reason why overtraining should exist with girth work but not with length work (I’m talking overtraining of the tunica here). If the weaker tissues can handle the stress (the blood vessels, skin etc) then I see no reason not to train girth more often.
