Ok So I watched some taoist video on how to make penis bigger and what SHE haha said basically made sense, and took me back to 2016 when I was jelqing a lot with coco oil, basically long long jelq sessions. But not masturbate yourself for too long can increase the risk to take prostate cancer, don’t overmasturbate is the key. Probably limiting masturbation only to rest day and not doing it in training day could be a very inportant solution, or attending 3-4 for days after masturbation to do it again…

I have done quite a bit of edging throughout the years, and it is very useful. However I find that doing simple PC contractions 2x per week and sometimes holding back (as in edging) in sex and masturbation a better approach to having dedicated edging masturbation workouts. However, it can affect EQ. Some of its effects are indirect. For example, it can affect your mood and this can affect your libido, and as a result, the size/quality of your erection. That said, frequent masturbation can result in repeated poor erections but, you’re not growing or shrinking from your natural size.

If we were to get technical, it’s not masturbation itself, it’s the repeated orgasms.

I listened to the video and she said something about the direction of jelqing and to never go backwards. Is it true that you shouldn’t jelq from head to base. If so, why not?

I would think you don’t want to push blood against your restriction valves and potentially blow them out.

That’s why I only edge a few times in the week, too much of it can be tedious yeah.
