Also going to add - with advanced exercises that say to add a tourniquet grip, well…what does that mean? Cut off bloodflow entirely? With jelq squeezes or ulis (which I just read about and now sound AWESOME for girth) they say to cut off blood flow, to trap it in there. Well, does squeezing the sides of the member stop blood flow, or is it the top or bottom? ‘cause I can squeeze REALLY hard on the sides, and blood flow doesn’t seem to stop, but from what I’m getting, putting a lot of pressure on the top and bottom of the shaft will hurt nerves, but when I do that it feels like I’m stopping flow (kind’ve like urinary flow, it you pinch the bottom it halts) - so could you give me some detail here, as to what needs to be done and where the squeezing goes?
Sorry, I just don’t want an injury on my penis of all places. Gymnastics + olympic lifting + MMA gives me enough.
Also, is it true ULIs give more girth to the glans and upper shaft, and clamping more to the lower? If so, a combo of these two would be ideal, yes?
