I started out jelqing at low erection level first two month and every time my erection was too strong, I stopped scared of causing injuries.
After two months I simply started to continue jelqing whatever erection level I had. So I didn’t really try to do full erection jelqing, but if it happened I continued jelqing. I gained another 3 mm EG during that period, but is is hard to say if the erect jelqing helped or not.

What I did notice was that I got plenty of red dots from the erect jelqing.

I still behave the same way. I do not want too high erection level but if I get it — which happen a lot for the first 5 minutes of jelqing or when my fantasies are too exciting — I simply continue.

If you are conditioned for it I would recommend ULIs instead of erect jelqing.

Hmm, what I call 100% erection is when it is rock hard and stand at 11 o’clock pulsating with my wife’s mouth around it :)
Maybe I get 110% before I blow.

As I said, discussing erection-percentage is complicated. Everyone has their own definition.

I read your post on bend exercise, the sadsak slinky like exercise, but don’t understand what do you mean by holding the bend and not rolling it.

Do you mean youre making a ok grip at the base, then bend the penis downward for example, and then just hold it there, no movement ?

Yes hold it count to 10, then bend in a different place. Working all the way up the shaft, with bends forwards, backwards, and side to side.

Not really my “exercises” they are called obends Mr Orange came up with them. We named it after him o for orange bends. He has only posted three or four times. So somebody needed to decipher and spread the word of this exercises.

Sound really interesting. It would be more for EG mid shaft and base, is that it ? Because I need to work on my head girth (upper shaft) so I thought doing Orange bends + Uli with a grip starting mid shaft working up to the head + some good old jelqing.

I can’t even do good jelqs when 100% erect, my hands tire too fast, and there is just nothing to sqeeze in that lead pipe. And when I sqeeze I get all sore and blood vessels pop all over my shaft and head. When more flaccid(70% erect or like) there is more to sqeeze and my head gets pumped up more instead of spotty.

My question is, what criteria determines that you are in condition enough to jelq with 90-100% erections? And does this include Jelq Squeezes?

Thats a good question. You need to know the anatomy well so you don’t hurt yourself. It does mean that it’s a better way. In fact I think it inferior the low level. Newbies can’t hurt themselves doing low level. So it is urged for them to work with low level erections.
