Jelqing/Stretching--Which to do First?

How long do you hold each stretch?

I stretch in five directions (up, down, straight out, left, right). Each stretch I hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute. I than switch directions and repeat.

horsehung, your routine sounds almost exactly the same as the one I currently do. I’m glad to hear I’m doing it the same way as a guy called horsehung. When I jelq, I usually start off somewhat erect, but before long, my dick numbs out and it becomes all the way flaccid, but still has a fair amount of blood pumping it up. I keep jelqing through this, and I do it as hard as I can without feeling pain. I feel like those flaccid jelqs have helped a lot. After I do those, I stretch, and I do have to keep some blood forced into the head so i have something to grip when I’m tugging/stretching the unit/. In Thunder’s tuturials, it says there should not be any blood trapped in the head, but I can’t grip my dick unless I jelq a little til the head is somewhat engorged. Is this unsafe? My head often turns kind of purple, but I never hold a stretch for more than a minute or so, and then I shake my dick to get the blood flowing a little, then stretch once again. Is this unsafe? I am uncut so I dont know any other way to stretch ligs/tunica without causing major skin stretch as well.

If your dick is becoming all the way flaccid while starting erect in jelqing, it could be a sign of abuse. Although, I do have blood trapped to get a better grip while stretching, I’ve been at this a while. You might want to reconsider your stretching method, by looking at the explanation of the response you describe from jelqing.
