Jelqing tool used with clamping?

Can I use a rolling jelqing tool while my penis is clamped?

Is that safe or totally dangerous, Thanks.

Risky and may not even pay off.

While clamped both CC and the CS are rock hard and with zero pliability. Trying to jelq under clamping circumstances is most likely to lead towards pain and high stress on veins, since they’re all popped out during clamping.

I think any kind of penis movement during clamping should be avoided.
