I will never get in a body scanner. I don’t care if I miss my flight. They have always been professional when dealing with me but I have heard the horror stories and seen the vids of tsa harassing people. Damn shame really. The terrorists have won, but that is for a different thread I think.

I just came through security on my way to nashville it was np but coming back it when I told them I wanted to opt out they had to give me a whole speech about the scanner telling me about how it works etc and it doesn’t cause harm. Anyway it took them a long time but I just went with it I had a 2.5hr layover so i figured no big deal I don’t want to be scanned.
I wonder if anyone has had a extender or something on during the security and what they would actually do? I guess you would have to take it off before lol.
