Jelquing To Da Max!

Ok, quick question, want to know how long each stroke is when you guys jelk?

Me its about one sec but they are hard strokes. Wondering if 2 to 3 sec would be more beneficial.

Any input would be appreciated.

My strokes tend to be 1-3 seconds depending on the technique.

hand over hand tends to be 1 sec.

Alternating hands after 10 strokes tends to keep more blood in there for the stroke is longer - nearly 3 sec.

At the end of each 100 strokes I do 2 - jelq and hold for 10 seconds (one on with each hand), these are really intense and I wouldnt suggest any one new start out with this.
