pumping & jelquing
Does anyone here believe that there is an optimal pumping and jelquing routine, especially for a newbie? I have been jelquing for just over a week and would like to incorporate some light pumping into my PE. I guess in the beginning I would perhaps commence with two five minute sessions during or after my jelquing routine. Does this sound reasonable, or should I just keep on going with my jelquing for a few months and then commence pumping?
