Jelquing

Hello everyone,
New to the board. Acutally been visiting just finally decided to register. I have a question about jelquing. I am uncut and find when I jelq that the skin just about completely covers the head of my penis. I was wondering if I am jelquing properly or maybe I need to push against my pubic bone and jelq that way. It seems like doing it that way has more of an effect than using both hands. The problem is only can do it with one hand though. If anyone has any thoughts they would be appreciated. Thanks
