Hey johan,

A week and a half ago I said wasnt going to measure until 2 weeks had passed. Well the first week I did some jelqing, horses, ulis, and AI stretches. AI’s were the only stretching I did. On jelqing I did it very light since i seem to be having some discomfort in the middle of the shaft ( I think it is where I have used the powerjelq and got to the midpoint to where all the blood finally makes everything tight. At this point I think I was squeezing to hard to make sure I didnt lose much pressure. The powerjelq can make you big but also make you super sore if you have an extensive routine) By super light, I mean the I didnt use the powerjelq. I just hand jelqed. It seems super light to me since the powerjelq creates amazing pressure.

Heres the bad part. I didnt wait two weeks to measure. I waited a week and a couple of days. But I found out by doing AI’s like every four hours (keep those ligs stretched) that it seemed to have remarkable results.

I just broke the 7” nbpel. I was about .2 ” in about a week in a half. I have pe’ed for 2 months and this is my third, but i never made gains this quick.

Ok here is the new job for you JOHAN. You must now figure out some AI stretch for girth. Just kidding! but it would be nice to have.

do you a full 3 sets of 15 every 4 hours or like just enough to keep them a little loose?

I did these stretches for maybe a week and I am atleast .25” longer which brings me from my natural 7.75”bpel to 8”!!!. still only 7.25 non bone pressed but hey 8 isnt far. I think I will restart them on the 10th and go for a month and see what it brings. Damn it was just by chance I happened to glance upon this post and almost didnt, PHEW!!!

Wow! It’s damn great to hear you guys gaining! 0.2” in a week and a half, 0.25” in a week!! Whatta?… Working better for you than me. Maybe I should be gettin more ambitious and dedicated… :)

I may have measuring probs cause I tend to lean back ever so slightly sometimes instead of standing strait and it sort of blends into the body but I still think I gained some and will try it for a month with v-stretches. Goood luck all.

i read about your ai-stretches… i find them very interesting

how do you do them? i do not mean your routine… i mean how hard do you pull, how fast do you pull. and do you let your penis go in the normal state when releasing, or just release to not feel the stretche-effect…. i hope you know what i mean….

another point is… do you think you would have had your gains only by doing ais? perhaps it is a method to support the gains from other exercises, like jelquing…
if this is the fact, then you wouldn´t gain anything by ais only… but you can gain a lot by doing a “normal” ex AND ais…
know what i mean?

I think I know what you mean :P The pull is rather fast & strong “almost 100%” and I keep holding (lightly) my penis when I release the stretch. I don’t have an answer for you for that another question, just pure speculation. Maybe I’ve learned to jelq better as time has gone by, but my gains started immediately after doing AIS - so… don’t know… Girth is coming also now, and that I can tell that it is coming from Horses and Ulis I started doing about a month ago.

Gotta believe it now...

Well… I’ve now gained about 1.1cm (almost 0.5”) in last 1½ months. I’d like to hear if you guys (Joe, Hard8 etc…) have had any success lately. I’m in ecstacy, because this is now really proving me that this PE-stuff really works. In the beginning I said to myself that I believe if/when I gain 1cm. Now I have to believe, even if this still sounds kinda goofy and unbelievable to me he-he… Can’t be a measuring fault anymore ;) I believe that it is good to do the AI-stretches after jelquing/squeezing sessions as they kinda support the growth in penile tissue (if you know what I mean…) Last few weeks I’ve done my pm routine (5 times a week) like this:

hotwrap for 5mins
jelquing 10 to 30 minutes (varies, but I don’t think that over 30mins would make any difference)
hotwrap for 2 mins
3-5 Horseys and 3-5 Uli #3’s
Shower for 10mins, last 5mins AIS (3*15)

Well the last time I wrote in was like a week ago. Crap it was a week ago today! Well since then I have only been able to get in about 2 jelq sessions and 3 or 4 AI sessions. So this week I am finally able to get back to my workout regime.

In the last post I had stated that in a week and a half I went up .2”. Come to find out that this measurement was taken at like maximum wood where it feels like it should explode. I don’t ever give it a pc squeeze when I measure (for consistency), but still I like to get it to its maximum ability. But since that measurement I have only been able to get that 7 nbpel one other time. I keep getting mad at the ruler. That stupid inanimate object. But for sure I cemented a .1” gain in a week and a half. I am not mad. Just kinda like I get a candy bar and half to give half back for a later day.

Still though thanks for the research. There are a lot of guys that thank you for that. Even though it was out of runners world. This exercise helps out so much because I am about to move back into a house with a lot of roommates and this will allow me to get some PE done during the day without then thinking that I am whacking all the time with a lubricant (jelqing).

By the way, I am sure everybody has ready Nooze’s fulcrum stretch and stuff. Well this works great for AI’s down. Especially since I have a slight left curve and I can pull right and down with this stretch. Dang it hits that left lig.

I hoping that this gaining pattern with AI stretches continues and allows length to be put on in a consistent fashion.

Note:
My routine

AI’s throughout the day - As many as you can do in those bathroom situations

night-

heat 5 minutes
AI’s 30 reps in all directions, 30 clockwise and counter
jelq 30 minutes
horses and ulis near 10 of each throughout the program
heat 5-10 in shower doing 1 set of 15 AI stretches with high intensity

I keep you updated on the AI’s and till then keep growing.

PS- I don’t know if you all feel the same way but PE is freaking stuck on my mind all day. It sucks working all day because I feel like I need to make a bumper sticker saying , “I’d rather be making my penis bigger”. Hope this is not just me.

Actually I have no idea who has originally founded the AI-stretching and kick-back mechanism. That RW’s article was just a good example to demonstate it to all. Is that Nooze fulcrum stretch done when your penis is in erect state? Not sure if I’ve red about it, gotta check it out, because I’ve also got curve to the left. Think you’re about to enter situation that these married guys are. Maybe you gotta start doing those routines early in the morning? Then you’ll have a nice bulge goin on in school??, if you have tight jeans :D Girls, girls, girls..

About this PE stuff stucking in your mind. I’m in same insane position. I could probably jelq and stretch all day long. Maybe some anathomy research group would give me salary doin that… That bumper sticker would be a neat idea, but I don’t have a car ;)

Hey Hardeight, Joe 7…

How you’ve been doing? Still here? Would love to hear if you’ve gained using JAI as a part of your routines… I currently measure just shy of 7” x 5” BPEL (which I set originally my goal) and will be there in just few days I hope :) I think my penis is slowly starting to adapt into these JAI’s as the growth isn’t that massive compared what it was a month or so ago…

I think I’ve mentioned this in this thread earlier but I say it again, because it is really making sense, and I’d recommend newbies to do this also, if they can’t see anything happening down there ;)

Hard work has produced me some gains, but one thing that I realized today… I did my stretches always before jelquing for first two months or so, and didn’t gain practically anything during that time (april to june ‘02). I swapped jelquing prior to stretching (JAIs in the shower), and … acrabadabra … gained about 1/2” in length next two months (july - sept). So, first - jelq and second - stretch. That’s my medicine in addition with JAIs. I think I’ve not hit a plate yet, because after a week break I can really tell that I’ll hit a new record in the end of this month! :)
