A week and a half ago I said wasnt going to measure until 2 weeks had passed. Well the first week I did some jelqing, horses, ulis, and AI stretches. AI’s were the only stretching I did. On jelqing I did it very light since i seem to be having some discomfort in the middle of the shaft ( I think it is where I have used the powerjelq and got to the midpoint to where all the blood finally makes everything tight. At this point I think I was squeezing to hard to make sure I didnt lose much pressure. The powerjelq can make you big but also make you super sore if you have an extensive routine) By super light, I mean the I didnt use the powerjelq. I just hand jelqed. It seems super light to me since the powerjelq creates amazing pressure.
Heres the bad part. I didnt wait two weeks to measure. I waited a week and a couple of days. But I found out by doing AI’s like every four hours (keep those ligs stretched) that it seemed to have remarkable results.
I just broke the 7” nbpel. I was about .2 ” in about a week in a half. I have pe’ed for 2 months and this is my third, but i never made gains this quick.
Ok here is the new job for you JOHAN. You must now figure out some AI stretch for girth. Just kidding! but it would be nice to have.
