Hey Johan!

Awesome gains and observation! Congrats! I’ve got a few questions though:

- When you decided to reverse the order of stretching and jelqing, did you change anything else about your workout?

- Did you gain any girth during this time?

- Any ideas why reversing the two could produce better results?

I’m going to give this a try and hopefully see some results from my hard work.

I think it was in the beginning of July, just shortly after I found out these JAI stretches. Basically nothing has changed, but have been throwing some squeezes in approx. since end of July.

Hmm… I did get some girth as well. I also added some squeezes after jelqs (before stretches) in end of July, which at least didn’t harm the progress. I’ve gained about 1/3” girth last four months, which I think is pretty damn good gain.

I think that when you jelq and make some squeezes you produce micro tears in corpus carvenosa -and spongiosum. So, if you stretch after jelquing it is easier to stretch penile tissue. (not only ligaments)

I hope this clarified some my thoughts. Hope you’d understand finnish then I could explain this all in more specific way.

Thanks Johan! Today, I tried jelqing first then stretching, and I must say that I like it better that way. Feels better going into jelqing from the hotwrap. I’m going to try this for a couple of months with my new 2 on/ 1 off schedule, and hopefully I’ll see some significant results.

No problem. Good luck with your routine, may the PE-God be with you! I like that too (jelqing after hot-wrap). It looks like that most people do stretching before jelqing, which didn’t work for me. Even if you can’t stretch your penis just as far when it’s still a little harder compared to totally flaccid, I think that stretching after jelqing gives more of a steady growth in both length and girth. (For me at least)

It makes sense to me that you stretch after a harder workout ie. If you do running or go to gym etc.. it’s better to stretch after workout that before it (fact - cooling down routine). Of course it’d be good to do both. Stretching after jelqing (I think) helps also healing the internal parts such as ligs and veins. Actually I think it’d be best to stretch a little before jelquing too (hotwrap-stretch-hotwrap-jelq-stretch in shower), but concentrating more on stretching after jelqing.

Give your routine some time and stick with it!

Well you can do both:

300 Kegels every 2:nd day
10 min HW
15 min MS (manual stretching)
20 min Jelq
3*15 JAI (3 min)
5-10 min HW

QUESTION for Johan re JAI

I’ve been trying the jai stretch for the last two weeks, and noticed I can pull with much more force than the standard, 10 second pull. Seems like it softens the ligs more than the standard routine. I’m not using my hands but the BIB for the tension pulls (with a strong scale instead of weights) - it lets me pull from any angle (BTC also), and I can go up quite high in pulling force. Also lets me control the whole process accurately. I think I’ll try the JAIs for 1 month with this approach to see the results and will let you know. Any comments?

Comments? Well… Not really, but it sounds pretty interesting using BIB with all angles represented in a JAI way… Just don’t pull your dick out ;) ie. don’t use max force you can take. I would have also tried ‘em that way (gave a thought) if I had a hanger. I think some guys have manually done JAIs prior to hanging in order to fatique ligs, but never heard anyone to do JAI-hanging :)

Kind of an update

Last two-three weeks I haven’t really had any kind of routine so to speak. I’ve just jelqed when I’ve felt like it (approx 5mins/session) maybe twice or three times a day. Also done low reps JAI’s throughout the day (maybe 1 min * 5/day). Haven’t measured after October and won’t till a while. Hope I’ve gained some, but we’ll see when Santa’s knockin on the door or so.. ;)

I just wanted to mention that I have started adding JAI to my routine and so far I’m liking it a lot more than any of the others I’ve tried.

Unlike all the other stretching exercises I was doing, this one hasn’t brought me any irritation or pain while doing the exercises, yet when I’m done I’m always slightly longer flacid afterwards (something which was rare for me with the other exercises), and it doesn’t even take long (3 sets of 15 4-second reps with 1 minute in between each set beats the hell out of 15 minute regular stretches).

But I dunno if maybe JAI is more stimulating than other excersies or not since you pull it out 2 seconds and then bring back in for 2 seconds which kind of reminds me of jerking off but nah…I think it might actually be lengthening….or hell maybe both. Right now I’m just pulling straight out for all 3 sets but maybe I should try pulling down or adding the clockwise stretches into it but I’m not sure if I can pull those off for only 2 seconds each rep…

At any rate I’ve read countless numbers of posts about it and everyone seems to say that you do NOT pull as hard out as you can…just enough so that you feel a slight stretch with no burning or anything..and that’s exactly what I’m doing. I just hope it’s not too light because like I’ve read before, you’re better off eliminating other stretching exercises if you do this one. Hopefully I’ll have some length gains to report by the end of this December..

That’s cool. You can probably solve how hard you should pull by observing how your PC muscle behaves during the stretch ie. if you use too much power it will flex and tell you that you’re overdoing it.

Hey Johan -

Wanted to let you my progress with the Jai approach. I’ve been doing them for about 1 month now and definitely feel a difference. I’ve gained about 1/4 inch fnbp. However I think I’ve been doing too many repetitions, and will try a much shorter session staring next week. My routine so far has been:
10 Minute Hot wrap
1) 20 Jais BTC (I’m using the BIB here so this position is easy)
2) 20 Jais BTC UTL left side
3) 20 Jais BTC UTL right side
4) 20 Jais straight out.
5) 2 slow cranks - either direction.
6) Finish with a 10 minute Hot Wrap.

By the way, I’m standing for this entire session. Entire session is approximately 18 minutes. I do this 5 mornings a week.
For all of the Jais I’ve just started alternating Kegels with Reverse Kegels.

This workout feels good, but in addition to hanging in the evening I think its maybe too intense. So I’m going to reduce it drastically, to perhaps 5-8 minutes. What’s your thought on how much time is good per session? Is it best to concentrate on only on pull direction per session?

I’ve never spent over 10 minutes doing JAIs, that with the gains I’ve got tells that I prefer also short lasting exercises. Nowadays I only pull side- and downwards and those directions mixed in a V-way as well. I don’t know why one should stretch upwards, if stretching ligaments.

More than once a day?

Hmm..I read on some posts that people do JAIs more than once a day.

Is this a good thing or not? I mean after I’m done with my 3x15 routine of JAIs, my dick doesn’t exactly feel tired or sore, so I was thinking that doing it later/earlier on the same day wouldn’t make much a difference as far as soreness goes. But if doing 6x15 a day is too much that I won’t even bother.

What do you suggest Johan? Does it all depend on the person or is it clearly better to do the exercise multiple times a day?
