I would think something like rubber or silicone could bind up under the clamp and cause pinching?

I tried silicone cock rings back in 2005 or so. Complete waste of time and money. For one the inability to adjust the clasping strength isn’t a very good idea when you’re dealing with the kind of high pressure work that clamping should be (IMO). And those things just break left and right. I had three different sizes for varying pressure and they all broke. Back then I decided to go back to manual work (ULI’s and a few other clamping-type exercises). Now I use only the SeaClamp with a cloth strip to protect the skin. Tried neoprene and even kinesiotape a few times but the cloth strip (just an old T-shirt that I cut up in strips) is what works best for me.
