The arterioles is a masterful tool and was Intelligently designed. I stretched for about a month, manual stretches, 60 seconds up, BTC, left, right, and perpendicular to body for a total of 5 min EVERY morning in the shower. I made no gains, or gains so small it was difficult to measure.

I did the same stretches, but then followed them with about 100-120 jelqs for 3 weeks. I gained 1/4” in length. I always noticed my hang was better after jelqing, it was like the “pump” you get after working out in the gym.

I now do the same routine, but follow the jelqs with 5 sets of 10 second horse 440s
(Ones where you have right hand at base, fully errect, and apply pressure with left hand towards the base with tight grip, crazy pressure, had so many red spots when I started this one)
And some maximum jelqs
(Just jelqs alternating hands, so one hand is always at the base allowing continuous pressure).

Manual stretching alone didn’t work for me, but that’s just me. I’ll post again after 2 months to let you know how the new routine works. I’m experimenting on myself.

Try stretching longer. IMO, 5 minutes isn’t really enough to do much but loosen things up. I’d up your stretching by 5 minutes every week until you reach around 20-30 minutes of manual stretching time. That’s a great zone for me anyways.

Are you still getting a lot of red spots? If so, they aren’t good on a regular basis IMO. How have your PI’s been?

5 minutes of daily stretching isn’t enough, and you can’t really judge it after just one month….

I’m going to finish my 2 month routine, take my stats, and then move on to 10 min manual stretching followed by 100-120 jelqs for 2 months. Everyone is different. I’m looking for girth more then length.

Not really, they are just two different methods with the same result, which is stretching the penis.

They are indeed different, but not in the context of this thread.

Revolution have you ever had extreme lig soreness from stretching. I’m saying most of the big length gainers here are hangers. Hanging doesn’t stretch the penis it stretches the ligs the are connected to the pubic bone.

I would say the bib starter hits the tunica somewhat. But the reg bib is so big it can’t really hit the tunica. Plus the starter or the reg can only hit the base of the penis. Most hanger get girth gain at the base. But no matter what hanger you use it can only stretch half of the tunica. Me I don’t really want to stretch the tunica in hanging. I don’t want to “toughen” it up yet. I want to stretch the tunica the other way/ GIRTH.

Lol, I checked one of your progress reports and Thunder asked you how many times you jelqed and you said you only did one jelq session in a month. Then I think someone made a joke about what do you care more about, your penis or your post count :-P
