Kegels! We all love them but we hate doing them!!!

What kind of challenge would you recommend? Maybe we can get one good combination going or a couple. I want to shoot for a 3-month challenge and then switch it up.

Examples:
- Every time you get in the car to drive, do "X" amount
- When you wake up do "X"
- Before going to sleep "X"
- Whenever you check your phone for social media do "X"
- During meals

Before going to bed: 40 Kegels
At breakfast & Lunch: 40 Kegels
While Brushing teeth: 20 Kegels

This is a good idea. Kegels are a pain in the ass. I always tell myself I’ll do them and forget.

Before going to bed: 50 Kegels
When you first get on a Computer: 20 Kegels
While Brushing teeth: 20 Kegels

Every time you have an opportunity to Kegel in private, also grip the base in a hand clamp and further increase pressure with multiple muscle contractions. It really expands things for me.
