I guess whatever works works, but I would agree that you need to test this more because it seems to me that tiring your BC before sex might make it easier to come sooner. If I were to take a guess it would be that some other factor that day that made you last longer.

What you need to do this week is make an experiment,
you need to have sex 100 times, 50 times kegeling before sex and 50 times without kegeling before.
Then write down your timing results down on paper and see which is best for lasting longer.
