Kegels w/ weights and Erect kegels?
Hey, this may seem like a silly question, but is there any proper way to do kegels? I’ve heard of many variations, such as many quick pulses or harder, sustained kegels. I just don’t know which way is best. I can kegel much harder and many more times when I’m erect (and maintain the erection), however, is this the best way to work out? Is it better to kegel when flacid and use more energy into making it a strong kegel?
Then a last question. Thinking about how people strength train with weights, has anyone ever done kegels with some sort of resistance or weights? A long time ago I remember reading that some adult film stars would lay a book on their penis and perform kegels. Does something like this work?
