kegels

i know kegels work the pc muscle and i know how to do. My question is what do they improve(erections, blood flow). I have read alot of threads on kegels, but none really explain the benefits. Thanks from newbie

The kegel contractions on the PC are likely forcing blood in the PC muscle tissue to rise into the penis. There is at the same time a small contraction in the prostate. This being a highly erogenous gland, those contractions add to the mix of sexual stimulation and hasten the resulting erection.

One neat kegel trick is this:
When you do a kegel, your cock sort of jumps a bit even when you are erect. If you kegels during intercourse, say at the end of each stroke in, you are giving a little added stimulation to your partner, as well as keeping yourself pumped up to the max.
