mryayyo;
This is the reason for the experiment. The results will give us some kind of indications if an all day low stress work out that keeps you is the stressed state will be better or as good as a once a day intense work out. I for one would like to see the results, and I do think many others would too.
I can do 50 jelgs and 2 minute stretches in less than 10 minutes, done every 4 hours. That works out to only 250 jelqs a day, but it may be the frequency of the work out that will produce the gains, not intensity.
If it turns out to be a good thing, we might find that…
1. Injuries will be reduced dramatically.
2. Erection problems associated with work outs maybe a thing of the pass.
3. Less time for workouts in one sitting will now be spread out through out the day.
4. Maybe people that don’t gain with once a day work out might with this one.
Them are a few things off the top of my head that will be a plus, if this experiment is successful! The thing will be time and schedule, not everyone will be able to fit this into there life style.
