Pumping with fluid

I don’t know anything about pumping. I don’t know the risks and how it’s supposed to work. Please humour me.

Would there be any harm to having a warmed gel or fluid, perhaps with anticoagulants, in the cylinder instead of air? The fluid/gel being pumped out instead of air.

Also, with leg lengthening, having the pressure frequently increased a little bit rather than more less-frequently has been shown to be more effective. Do you think the same results would occur with this apparatus?

Would there be any harm to having a pump on for extended periods of time? During the night for instance?
When priapism occurs, the blood stagnates and results in dead tissue. Do you think this would occur? Perhaps if the fluid/gel was of a similar density as blood the pressure would be put more on the tissue than blood vessels.

I do not have a clear understanding of pressure systems. Comments and opinions would be appreciated.

I different thread brought something to mind. If the cylinder was perpendicular (as it might be held during sleep), and two fluids with different densities were in the cylinder, the more dense would settle to the bottom. The less dense would be on top. If inverse pressure were applied, wouldn’t more inverse pressure be applied to the end of the penis (the head) meaning, perhaps, greater length gains.
Again, I don’t understand pressure systems, but it would seem to me to mimic hanging. The difference being that hanging would involve compression and pumping involves inverse pressure being applied, hopefully leading to greater results.

1) Don’t pump during sleep. A lot of reasons for that; just forget the idea.

2) You can use warm water in pumping but the type pump you use is a major factor. Liquids can very quickly ruin a pressure gauge or the interior of the pump itself, if it is not rust-proof.

3) lig lengthening (I don’t think you meant leg lengthening); an HG pressure of 3 - 5 is plenty to stretch the ligs. Before experimenting higher, you first have to condition your cock. Read Pumping 101 at the top of this page.

You’d mentioned precum due to the pumping. What would your opinion be of, say, an arificial skin that is sealed toward the base of the penis and just behind the glans. Between this artificial skin and the real skin is a warm gel. The gel is pulled out using a syringe leaving the pressure less than at homeostasis.

It occurs to me that the skin would need structural support. What if then ends were clamped on with a lengthener-type device and the skin went around its supports? If this was at moderate pressure, what problem could it present if the penis remained flaccid while under the negative pressure and being lengthened? Does anyone know of such an apparatus and whether it has succeed? I would be obliged for comments.

Artificial skin on the penis? What’s wrong with the real skin? And you don’t require precum to pump effectively. And why on earth would anybody want to suspend yohimbe in solution in which to immerse their cock? Yohimbe in oral form is difficult enough to control when it comes to negative side effects.

Interesting ideas, but they might be a little “too much!” Forget the sleeping idea totally. There are bad horror stories here. When you are sleeping you are not conscious, you can end up rolling over or cutting off circulation for hours, then wake up with major problems and regrets.

:) I’m sorry. I didn’t mean real skin. I was just refering to a thin layer of a something flexible. Thicker and stronger then cellophane, but flexible like it. But not hard like a glass or hard plastic.

electron- Consider it forgotten. The minute pressure (or strong, whatever) shouldn’t cause too much trouble. Besides, the pressure isn’t put on the penis as a system. It’s put on the sheath.

Yohimbe (yohimbine) acts as a vasodilator. However, it is very difficult to dose because of its side effects: high blood pressure (sometimes dangerously high), anxiety, insomnia, nervousness. My advice, don’t tinker with it.

Alrighty. Any thoughts on the combination of a lengthener and tube in one unit with a warmed fluid in the negative pressure area (instead of air) with the area only enclosing the area around the penis (not the head)?
