Keys to gaining...
I have dedicated this thread to the keys to gaining in PE. These ideas should be looked at like the laws or ammendments of PE. I guess this is what newbies can look at for a great start. I have just thought up some things that will garantee gains if one follows through with them. Everyone can add his or her law too. Please do!
1) Stretch every which way at least 10 minutes every workout.
2) Never jelq with 100% erection.
3) Wear an ADS.
4) Jelq slow, hard, and at least for 10 minutes every workout. Oh and use lube!
5) Be consistent and dedicated.
6) Watch your PI’s and NI’s. Listen to your penis!
7) Stretch your skin if you don’t have extra. You need something to fill out like Bib says.
8) Stretch your balls so they hang low. Looks manly. GRRR!
