I have dedicated this thread to the keys to gaining in PE. These ideas should be looked at like the laws or ammendments of PE. I guess this is what newbies can look at for a great start. I have just thought up some things that will garantee gains if one follows through with them. Everyone can add his or her law too. Please do!

1) Stretch every which way at least 10 minutes every workout.

2) Never jelq with 100% erection.

3) Wear an ADS.

4) Jelq slow, hard, and at least for 10 minutes every workout. Oh and use lube!

5) Be consistent and dedicated.

6) Watch your PI’s and NI’s. Listen to your penis!

7) Stretch your skin if you don’t have extra. You need something to fill out like Bib says.

8) Stretch your balls so they hang low. Looks manly. GRRR!

Rest is important as well. Its during this time that one actually grows.

Decon. breaks are great. I personally take a 4-6 week break every 2-3 months.

Cementing is important to keep the gains that youve made.

Great thread how very true, my balls are pretty big and hang down pretty low so I don’t stretch them anymore haven’t in over two years they are 7cm.

If this is for newbies you should explain what PI’s and NI’s are. Wet jelqing is great, but so is dry. I wouldn’t stretch everyday, to each his own. You should also add 9) Patience and his friends Rest and Deconditioning.

Some of those sound more like individual preferences than hard rules (no pun intended.) I’d say something like this would be more accurate:

Make sure to jelq slow (dry or wet, your call)
Be paitent, start slow
Get rest, more isn’t always better
Be consistent
Stretch mildly at first, work up to harder stretches
Make sure to warm up properly

These are all great guys. Keep adding rules please! We’ve got a PE bible in the making. BTW I meant to say positive and negative PI’s which are Physical indicators for you newbs.

Don’t need an ADS to gain. But other than that seems about right. Oh yeah, jelqs are staple in any routine.

I must disagree with this, could lead many newbies to over do it. A constant feeling of soreness is absolutely not required.
