Just wondering if someone has tried this before.
I was one day at work and was doing the “Lazy ass stretch” and was trying to make a system for me so that I don’t have to make a new pull every time I get up from the chair.
I came up with a kind of ADS system.
I made a rope wrap on the unit and pulled the flaccid between my legs and then attached the rope on my belt on my back side.
This thing actually worked, and when I sat down the stretch was stronger.

Give it a try. This could be done when wearing shorts. Just put a extra belt under the shorts.

If someone does not know the “Lazy ass stretch” it is when you pull the flaccid from the back side between your legs and sit on it to keep the penis stretched.

Why don’t you just make a wench and hook a bungee cord to it and you will be amazed at the stretch you will get.

When I take long drives down to Portland I sometimes wrap my dick in ace bandage and fowfer like was described here: CaptnHook - Success with ADS (I wear sweat pants for the drive, and then change into pants before I meet clients or friends.)

Then I put one of these on my wrapped dick,

My Subaru has seats that adjust electronically all sorts of ways, so once I get my dick into position I adjust the seats so it maximizes the stretch. Hey man, I have changed.
Now I have a wonderful wife who supports my PE, and I have no more fear of getting caught.
Right now I am proud of being a PEer.

In my work there is no risk of getting caught. I always check and put on my contraction wrap etc in the toilet.
I have very much privacy at work also.

One of my favourite “natural” ADS is done with no equipment.

When you lay down on your back on the bed pull your flaccid straight down towards the feet, lift the knees in a slight angle, squeeze the legs together and straighten your legs. This gives a good pull on the ligs IMO. I am sure many of you are doing it.

I don’t like the whole thing actually, just tried it a few times. In the sauna the fower is great:)
I like very much wearing a contraction wrap. I put it around the base of my unit and pull out the unit while holding on to the wrap, after that there is a good pull on the ligs.
