Length gains possible from solely Manual Stretching and Jelquing?
I don’t have the luxury of hanging. However, I do a routine that usuallly consists of a 15 to 30 min. jelq and 25 minutes and manual stretches. I’m not greedy, I just want a bit of an above-average length. Right now I am about average. I feel like I’m getting a good stretch during routines, but I don’t know if I can gain much length this way(without hanging weights). I read about other people having SOME gains without hanging, but most seem to hang. However, is it possible the other way?
