I always thought clamping = bye bye length, but then I said screw it, I’ll give it a shot. I’m an optimist and I hope to gain both length and girth from my stretching/clamping routine.

I gained a lot of length from pumping too. Give it a try if you haven’t already.

Like Titleist I too have gained length from pumping. Gained my first quarter inch in length from 2 sets of pumping at 5 gs every other day back when I first started PE. Pumping gets a bad rap but it has benifited me a great deal. I’ve gained more perminant results from pumping then I did from full erect clamping.

Interesting (but not surprising too me).

Did you guys jelq in conjunction with your pumping routine? I think jelqing are a great PE exercise, but it`s just too much work sometimes ;)

Yes, in between sets of pumping or clamping. I like to ensure there’s fresh blood after being clamped or pumped. I still jelq! I think some people give up on it and move to more advance techniques. If done correctly I think it’s on the the safest PE techniques and should be a part of every routine.

Hey Renholder. With my current routine I’m not jelqing right now but when I first started pumping back in 2008 I would wet jelq in between sets for blood circulation purposes. Now I favor edging to restore proper blood circulation in between my pumping sets and after my three main PE sessions each day.

I really love pumping and jelqing myself, but it is too bad that it is not as clean and adaptable to multi-tasking as clamping is.

I don’t really think clamping is good for multitasking, at least if you want to keep maximum engoregement. Maybe it works for you, but I think most people have to stimulate themselves while watching porn to keep the hardest erection possible (11 on scale 1-10).

Yeah, I know.

Clamping is not ideal for multitasking either, but it still is a lot better than pumping for me.

In general, I try to aim for super expansion during my first 5 minutes and then I start paying less attention for the rest of the set. Then I have a break, before I repeat.

I recall Drilla saying that he felt that maintaining a 110% erection during the sets was very important, but then there are other guys (like Big Girtha if I remember correctly) who just clamp off the erection and then let it subside.

I prefer drilla’s approach, that’s why I’m doing what I’m doing. :)

From length to “length comes more difficult after girth” to “clamping multitasking”… I love the threads that have this kind of fate…
