I was doing manual stretches,holding it for long long time till I had to release,all day.
So anyhow I was semi erect and I was pulling upward and I felt some weird tingling movement and shift inside of my pelvis and a movement up my right side,wtf?didn’t hurt
I always pull and hold just enough to “feel good” and then a little beyond that till I feel a burning sensation
I imagine if your pulling full strength you are bound to get a injury but I’m pretty safe right?
